Cake Ingredients:
- 7 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 100 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate (DCC) melted,
- 85 gr melted butter
- 85 gr low protein flour
- 25 gr cocoa powder
Fillings:
- 500 ml liquid milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp cornstarch solution
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Vanilla extract
Ganaches:
- 200 gr DCC
- 100 ml chocolate milk
- 25 gr cocoa powder
- 1 handful chocochips
How to make:
- Make a cake by beating the eggs first until ‘fluffy’ using a mixer. Add the flour and cocoa powder while filtering, mix well.
- Add melted DCC and butter, mix well. Then pour into the pan, bake for 20-30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. Remove the pan and let stand so that it can be divided into 4 parts
- Make the filling by cooking liquid milk and sugar first, then stir until combined. Add the egg yolks, then the vanilla and also the cornstarch solution.
- Remove and arrange in the box into a filling cake.
- Angkat dan susun di dalam box menjadi filling cake.
- Make Ganache by cooking liquid milk and put DCC, stir well and cook over low heat.
- Then add the cocoa powder, mix well until it thickens.
- Let it cool for a while, add the chocochips and pour on the surface of the cake.
