The fastest way to travel from one continent to another is by airplane. In the aviation industry, each airline that will fly from a country has a scheduled route.
Many airlines in international airports use airplanes made by Airbus & Boeing. Airbus is an aircraft manufacturing company originating from France, while Boeing is an aircraft manufacturer from the United States.
Airplanes made by Airbus are widely used by AirAsia, Lufthansa, and Turkish Airlines. While Boeing is widely used by Ryanair, Virgin Australia and All Nippon Airways. And there are still many airlines from other countries that use Airbus and Boeing products. Now, is there any other airline that can compete with Airbus & Boeing?
The answer is, Yes!
China has an aircraft manufacturing company called Comac. In terms of sales, Comac has not been able to compete with Airbus and Boeing, but Comac’s commitment to creating a comfortable and futuristic aircraft, they made a big step to make a deal with China Eastern on 10 May 2022 with a contract value of USD 2.23 billion.
Then there are other names such as Mitsubishi and UAC (Sukhoi) which cannot be underestimated in the aviation industry. Mitsubishi and UAC, can breathe a bit of relief, because the main target of their market is private and military jets. Where they can become competitors to Airbus and Boeing in that market.
