Oreo Layers Ingredients:
- 100 gr Oreo
- 50 gr of melted butter
Layers of cheese cream:
- 300 ml of milk
- 100 gr of grated cheese
- 1 tbsp plain gelatin
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Oreo Cream
Milo Layers:
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp plain gelatin
- 400 ml of water
- 100 gr of chopped Dark Cooking Chocolate
- 100 gr milo powder
How to make:
- Make a layer of Oreos by separating the Oreos from the cream then crushing and mixing with melted butter. Spread in the pan and let it freeze for 15 minutes.
- Make a layer of cream cheese by mixing all the dry ingredients and then pour in the milk little by little, stirring the dough well so it doesn’t clump.
- Then cook the dough while stirring until it boils and thickens. Turn off the heat then add the Oreo cream, stir until it dissolves into a dough. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo layer, then let it freeze again for 15 minutes.
- Make a Milo layer by mixing cornstarch and plain gelatin, then add water little by little. Stir well so as not to clump.
- Cook while stirring the mixture until it boils and thickens. Turn off the heat then add the Dark Cooking Chocolate (DCC) and Milo powder, then mix well. Pour the Milo layer over the cream cheese layer.
- Freeze in the freezer for 15 minutes. When it is frozen, sprinkle Milo powder as a topping to taste.
