- Nasi Lemak
Nasi lemak is a typical Malay dish that you can find in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Brunei. Nasi lemak is usually made with pandan leaves and coconut milk to create a delicious white rice flavor. In Malaysia and Singapore, they are called Nasi Lemak. While in Brunei Darussalam the nickname for Nasi Lemak is Nasi Katok and in Indonesia they are called Nasi Uduk.
- Shu Mai
Shu Mai became a favorite culinary for Asians, since almost all Asian countries consume this food. Usually Shu Mai is made from a mixture of flour with shrimp, chicken, mushrooms, fish, and pork. In Malaysia and Indonesia, it is common to refer Shu Mai with Siomay or Somay. In Singapore and some countries in the East Asian region, such as China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong they call it Shu Mai or Siew Mai.
- Pasembur
Pasembur is a typical Malaysian dish that contains green vegetables, in Indonesia they are called Gado Gado. Whereas in some continents such as Europe and America, they are called Salad, Caesar Salad, or Mix Vegetables.
