In addition to being fresh and delicious, grass jelly or “cincau” is also efficacious in relieving heatiness. This food is not only used for drinks, but also for desserts such as the following cincau pudding.
Ingredients :
- 1 pack of clear gelatin
- 1/2 pack of nutrijell jelly
- 150gr of “cincau” in small squares
- 1 pack of coconut milk Kara
- 1 pandan leaf
- Salt and sugar according to taste
- 400ml of water
For vla material:
- 1/2 of cup water
- 1 pack of stirring white sweetened condensed milk
- sugar to taste
- vanilla powder
- 2 teaspoon of cornstarch
How to make :
Prepare 400ml of water in a container, then put the clear gelatinous powder, nutrijel, pandan leaves, then add salt and sugar to taste and then stir. Add coconut milk and a little water. Stir until all is mixed. Put the cincau in the mold and pudding material.
For the vla, prepare water, condensed white milk, sugar depending on taste, vanilla powder and 2 tsp of cornstarch then stir well before lighting the cooking fire, 15gr of butter, cook over medium heat until the vla thickens.
